Can I run the PTS on one computer for more then 1 location?
You have asked and we have listened. With PTS Version 6 being release November 2005 you will have the option of running the Personnel Tracking System for more then 1 location on a single computer. Each location will run with its own database allowing each to have its own set of rules and location settings that best suit your business.

I use Easy Pay to run my payroll, is there a way to automate this process?
We have worked closely with EasyPay and I pleased to announce that the PTS will prepare data files that can easily be imported into your Easy Pay application. Please note that to complete this import you must have the Easy Pay Customizer Module. It may be purchased directly from Easy Pay by contcting their sales department at 1-800-270-0075. Also with this customizer module you can then create data files from easy pay to assist in the setup of your Personnel Tracking System, by importing your employee list, saving again time.

I Complete Payroll on a Cycle that is not Two Week - Can the PTS Still Work in my Business?
We are pleased to announce that the PTS will Complete your Payroll Reports for you along with an Easy Pay File for Pay Periods other than 2 Weeks. Simply set the PTS up Correctly and you are ready to go!

My Computer Regional Settings have Date Formatting as "DD/MM/YYYY"! Will the P.T.S. still function correctly on my System?
We are aware of the need to have regional settings set differently for some applications. The developers have changed the way the dates are entered. Dates now will be entered in a format of MMM-DD-YYYY; example JUN-05-2002. With this change the P.T.S. will now correctly perform on all Date Regional Settings, without you having to change your System.

I Live In Ontario and Now the Guidelines for Public Holidays has Changed, Will the PTS still calculate correctly?
At MTC Software Solutions we are aware of these changes and are pleased to announce that the PERSONNEL TRACKING SYSTEM has been updated to calculate using the new Guidelines! The Program will still function in other areas as well! Ensure you have selected Ontario as your Province of Business!!

DATES ARE HARD TO ENTER?
This concern has now been fixed and tested. You now are only required to enter the Numbers. The Slashes will be placed in the appropriate spots for you! You must still enter the dates in the the format of MM/DD/YYYY!

I GET ERRORS AND PTS WON'T LOAD ON MY WINDOWS 95 / WINDOWS 98?
The reason for this is due to an inconsistancy between the Developing Program and your Operating System. To correct this you must first install DCOM98 For Windows. This program is required for both Windows 95 & 98. You can download a self extracting file. Once installed you then need to run the Personnel Tracking System setup again, from the CD ROM!
